Hailing from the land of crabs and football, this Maryland native grew up right outside of Washington, DC. Now, a Houstonian, this girl loves to keep things moving. Whether at a premiere of a new play, chowing down on some quality Texas BBQ, or divulging in some luxury window shopping, she loves exploring what’s out there and sharing it with everyone around her.
Sarah Dunn who is 25 and has been living in New York City for the past 8 years. A graduate of Columbia Film Studies program, she is a film-fanatic, trailer-obsessed lover of movies, and currently works as a post-production supervisor for Treehouse Pictures. She’s been known to comb through entire TV series on Netflix in a day, knows far too much about feminist film theory, and consistently prefers to dump her M&Ms inside her popcorn rather than eat them separately.
Kendra Richards is a writer, pet lover, aloe vera-eater and a woman of many talents. If she isn’t passionately typing away, she’s more than likely spending time with her family, pets, boyfriend or attempting to sew something. It’s also possible that she’s buried deep in some type of activism work. Writing anything and everything from beauty, health, fashion product reviews to informational articles, she loves variety when it comes to reading and writing. A people and animal lover, she believes cats are super heroes in disguise.
Chelsea Clishem From San Diego, California to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, this bicoastal girl loves all things travel, beauty, nutrition, fitness, fashion and entertainment. Chelsea graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara where she began her journey to be an entertainment journalist. Chelsea drops the word ‘fabulous’ on the regular and believes it’s ‘okay’ to freak out with good music and fashion!
Sydney Cologie dream “job” is doing PR for a fashion magazine or retail company. She enjoy reading my horoscope and am often spilling hot coffee on myself. Inspired by city life, swing sets, and oversized sweaters the world is her oyster. Making up new words & watching cartoons are just a few of her favorite pastimes along with buying unnecessary calendars and dreaming of owning a kitten.
Sarah Liss A current undergraduate at the University of California Riverside, majoring in Ethnic Studies, this food lover knows her way around a menu. Her background as a biracial woman has not only made her interested in her own cultures, but also the cultural experiences of others around her. She is very perceptive, analytical and compassionate. These core characteristics helped her to see how food isn’t just nourishment, but a threshold into others’ lives.
Christy Baez Ghandi said that “Whatever you do in life will be insignificant, however it is very important that you do it.” I enjoy long walks in the park on a windy day and the company of a good book every now and then. My only wish is to help those who are in need, even if it’s just putting a smile on a strangers face. I’m a lover of photography and fashion. I’m an undergraduate of the Art Institute of NYC majoring in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing. I’m a dreamer roaming the streets of life in new york city but at the end of the day I’m a 20 year old girl who is trying to conquer the world one step at the time while writing her story in between the lines.
